Cohort Workshop 2 - Guide PDF

Workshop #2 guides your parish team in moving from the Listen phase of planning to the Discern phase and then the Act phase. Parish teams will analyze the results of the listening sessions and the results of Workshop 1 activities to determine top priorities for their parish community. Based on this analysis, parish teams will Discern pathways for their parish to address the top priorities, and then design pathways to Act.
